*AWB Babies and Toddlers: HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION*
While AWB is a “Drop-In Childcare,” babies and toddlers must have an advance reservation
to receive care due to space and staffing limitations.
Your child’s reserved spot can be:
*permanent -- you specify days/times for weekly care or
*occasional -- you schedule different weeks/days/times according to need
Permanent scheduling will be done with the Director when you register your child.
Occasional scheduling is done with the Director by calling or texting the school phone by
FRIDAY of the previous week.
*If your child cannot attend on their scheduled day for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible by calling/texting the school phone or send a message via Talking Points.
If you reserve a permanent spot for your child and they miss 2 consecutive visits without you notifying us, they will be taken off permanent and moved to occasional and you will have to reserve on a day-to-day basis.
